About Us

Our History

Highline originated in 2003 as a partner in a hedge fund which acquired non-performing secured debt.  Highline applied the same investment principles and launched a private lending platform that extended credit to commercial properties throughout Colorado.  Currently Highline focuses on deploying its own capital in commercial ventures including development and note acquisitions.

About Our Name

Highline is considered the premier bump run at Vail and has a unique parallel to our business. The trail is extremely challenging and requires careful thought and precision to successfully navigate the terrain. We employ the same thoughtfulness in our approach to real estate to ensure that our investment is a successful one.
