Highline Financial Group, LLC (“Highline”) is a private lending institution providing short-term capital for commercial real estate transactions, commonly referred to as Private Loans, Hard Money Loans, or Bridge Loans. Highline focuses on providing timely responses and creative solutions.  We will lend up to 75% of the appraised value.

Highline is based in Denver, Colorado and has been in the commercial lending business since 1998. Borrowers are typically developers, real estate investors, businesses with significant real estate assets, or troubled owners requiring foreclosure bailouts.

Highline will lend on all types of commercial real estate, including raw land, retail centers, warehouses, office buildings, etc., as long as our underwriting criteria are not compromised. As a private entity, Highline can employ creative and unique structures necessary to close and manage difficult or unusual real estate transactions.
