Highline Financial Group is please to announce that we have financed the purchase of a senior note in the redemption period of a foreclosure ultimately secured by a car wash.  Highline negotiated the note purchase at a sufficient discount whereby if Highline's borrower was redeemed, all transaction costs would be covered.  If the senior note was not redeemed, Highline's borrower would obtain the property at approximately 65% of market value.  The unique aspect of this transaction is that Highline's collateral was actually a Certificate of Purchase as the foreclosure was technically in the redemption period. 

Highline's sophisticated principals were able to fund the transaction during the redemption period to capture the discount for its borrower.
